Lee focuses on subsidy schemes such as the Contracts for Difference (CfD) and Capacity Market, as the author of the CfD Supplier Obligation Forecast and co-author of the Capacity Market Forecast. Lee also works on our Balancing Mechanism service, renewables PPA market research and provides analysis of wholesale pricing markets.

Lee joined Cornwall Insight in October 2016, having previously worked at Aviva in a variety of roles relating to both personal and commercial insurance, statistical analysis and customer relationships.
