Tom is a Consultant at Cornwall Insight, with five years’ experience in the market. He specialises in flexibility markets, network charging and retail energy supply. Through his consulting work, Tom has helped develop business cases for generators and flexible assets, developed cost models for hydrogen electrolysers and been involved with strategy development for energy suppliers in both the domestic and business electricity and gas markets.

During his time at Cornwall Insight, Tom has led the development of our smart metering research, worked on innovation projects proposing solutions to complex electricity network issues, and delivered long-term support for some of the largest energy suppliers in GB.
